Can you turn complex service requirements into seamless, business-ready delivery? We’re supporting a leading organisation on a critical transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Service Design / Service Readiness capability. This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll sit at the heart of operational readiness, ensuring services are fully defined, documented, and accepted ahead of go-live.

The Opportunity: You’ll work across multiple stakeholders and suppliers, driving readiness activity aligned to ORR / FORR milestones. This role blends business analysis with service transition, requiring strong structure, ownership, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and document business, service, and non-functional requirements
  • Lead workshops and coordinate inputs across SMEs, suppliers, and operations
  • Produce service design artefacts (process flows, SLAs/XLAs, RACI, support models)
  • Drive ORR readiness, risk tracking, and BAU handover documentation
Qualifications:
  • Proven Business Analyst experience with Service Design / Transition exposure
  • Strong ITIL knowledge and ServiceNow experience (CMDB, workflows, catalogue)
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and delivery workstreams
  • Structured, proactive, and highly delivery-focused
