We place experienced consultants directly into client environments to support key transformation, change, and delivery programmes.
ECMS is seeking a Mid‑Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting division, working on a full‑time basis and deployed across a range of leading financial services and enterprise clients in London.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to capture, analyse, and validate requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Support end‑to‑end delivery of change and transformation initiatives across client environments.
- Conduct as‑is and to‑be process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and requirement‑gathering discussions.
- Work within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks, supporting squads and project teams.
- Ensure requirements are clearly documented, prioritised, and aligned to business objectives.
- Mid‑Senior level Business Analyst experience within consulting or client‑facing environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT teams.
- Proven experience delivering requirements on change, transformation, or system implementation projects.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and turn them into structured, deliverable solutions.
- Experience working in financial services or large enterprise environments (preferred).
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
