ECMS is the consulting arm of Eames Consulting, providing high‑calibre Business Analysis, Project Management, and technology professionals into leading financial services and enterprise clients across the UK and Europe. We place experienced consultants directly into client environments to support key transformation, change, and delivery programmes.

ECMS is seeking a Mid‑Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting division, working on a full‑time basis and deployed across a range of leading financial services and enterprise clients in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to capture, analyse, and validate requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Support end‑to‑end delivery of change and transformation initiatives across client environments.
  • Conduct as‑is and to‑be process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and requirement‑gathering discussions.
  • Work within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks, supporting squads and project teams.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly documented, prioritised, and aligned to business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
  • Mid‑Senior level Business Analyst experience within consulting or client‑facing environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT teams.
  • Proven experience delivering requirements on change, transformation, or system implementation projects.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and turn them into structured, deliverable solutions.
  • Experience working in financial services or large enterprise environments (preferred).
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
