Can you turn complex service requirements into seamless, business-ready delivery? We’re supporting a leading organisation on a critical transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Service Design / Service Readiness capability. This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll sit at the heart of operational readiness, ensuring services are fully defined, documented, and accepted ahead of go-live.
The Opportunity
You’ll work across multiple stakeholders and suppliers, driving readiness activity aligned to ORR / FORR milestones. This role blends business analysis with service transition, requiring strong structure, ownership, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and document business, service, and non-functional requirements
- Lead workshops and coordinate inputs across SMEs, suppliers, and operations
- Produce service design artefacts (process flows, SLAs/XLAs, RACI, support models)
- Drive ORR readiness, risk tracking, and BAU handover documentation
Qualifications:
- Proven Business Analyst experience with Service Design / Transition exposure
- Strong ITIL knowledge and ServiceNow experience (CMDB, workflows, catalogue)
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and delivery workstreams
- Structured, proactive, and highly delivery-focused
