We’re supporting a London Market insurer in their search for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This role would suit someone who is confident working independently, able to set their own priorities, and comfortable managing delivery without requiring a high level of oversight. It sits across business, systems and data, with a focus on improving core insurance processes and supporting change across key platforms.
The client is looking for someone with strong London Market or commercial insurance experience, ideally with exposure across underwriting, exposure management, policy administration, and ideally ACORD messaging.
Key areas of focus will include:
- Supporting and improving core insurance systems and processes
- Working across underwriting, exposure management and policy administration workflows
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Supporting system enhancements, change initiatives and process improvements
- Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams
