ECMS is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team and play a key role in delivering business-critical change across insurance-focused programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical Business Analyst with a strong insurance background to join a growing business working at the intersection of change, process optimisation, and technology.

We are looking for someone who can confidently operate across both business and technical analysis, helping to shape and deliver meaningful improvements across policy administration and related operational processes. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand current state processes, gather and analyse requirements, identify opportunities for optimisation, and support the delivery of practical, well-structured solutions. You will need to be comfortable leading workshops, presenting findings and recommendations, and working across teams to support change and adaptation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading business and technical analysis across insurance-focused change initiatives
  • Analysing policy administration processes and identifying areas for improvement and optimisation
  • Gathering, documenting, and validating business and system requirements
  • Running workshops with stakeholders to capture needs, challenge assumptions, and define solutions
  • Producing clear process maps, reports, analysis documents, and recommendations
  • Using appropriate models, tools, and methodologies to support structured analysis
  • Supporting change delivery by helping the business adapt to new processes and ways of working
  • Working closely with business and technical teams to ensure solutions are practical and aligned to requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • ~4-6 years of Business Analysis experience
  • ~ Strong insurance sector experience
  • ~ Proven experience across both business analysis and technical analysis
  • ~ Experience reviewing and improving policy administration and operational processes
  • ~ Strong process optimisation and problem-solving capability
  • ~ A structured and analytical approach to data gathering and requirements capture
  • ~ Experience using BA models, tools, and methodologies effectively
  • ~ Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
  • ~ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations
  • ~ The ability to work comfortably in a changing environment and support transformation initiatives
