We're looking for professional and experienced Car Transporter Drivers (ROLFO/TE+11 or similar) in various locations across the UK. We also have opportunities for a limited number of novice car transporter drivers (LGV Class1 required with minimum 2 years' experience).
The Ideal candidates will have experience driving and operating car transporters and be capable of working to a consistently high standard in this quality driven and demanding environment. These positions require up to 4 nights out per week with tax free night out allowances as you will make national deliveries, working with a range of vehicle products including prestige brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently collect and deliver vehicles as directed
- You must be able to meet the physical demands of the job including loading and unloading of vehicles, working at height and in all weathers
- Accurately complete collection and delivery reports in line with client requirements
- Report accidents, damages, and faults promptly in line with company policy
- Ensure the security of customers' vehicles and property
- Adhere to Health and Safety policies and use PPE as needed
- Represent ECM professionally on the road and when interacting with clients
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service
You:
- A valid LGV licence with at least 2 years driving experience
- Be willing to work away from home each week (Monday through to Friday, occasional Saturdays)
- A valid Driver Digital Tacho-graph card
- Previous driving experience in a similar role
- A good knowledge of UK road networks
- Be capable of working to a high standard within a quality driven environment
- Possess great attention to detail and have pride in their work
- No more than 3 penalty points; no DR or DD endorsements
