Location: Carlisle Airport

Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday working a pattern of three shifts covering the period between 07:30 and 17:30

Our Corporate Deliveries Department is looking for an Administrator to join the team and support the daily administrative functions.

The Role:

You will work within the Corporate team, handling delivery requests, monitoring progress, and managing customer enquiries. Responsibilities include:

  • Booking deliveries and liaising with subcontractors.
  • Planning loads with environmental considerations.
  • Processing supplier invoices and paperwork.
  • Updating spreadsheets and data systems.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Previous administrative experience in a customer service environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Own transport is required due to location.
