Location: Carlisle Airport
Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday working a pattern of three shifts covering the period between 07:30 and 17:30

Our Corporate Deliveries Department is looking for an Administrator to join the team and support the daily administrative functions.
The Role:
You will work within the Corporate team, handling delivery requests, monitoring progress, and managing customer enquiries. Responsibilities include:
- Booking deliveries and liaising with subcontractors.
- Planning loads with environmental considerations.
- Processing supplier invoices and paperwork.
- Updating spreadsheets and data systems.
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
The Successful Candidate:
- Previous administrative experience in a customer service environment is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own transport is required due to location.
