Our Workshop team in Carlisle are looking for a Workshop Office Administrator to support the daily functions of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming calls and monitoring shared inboxes
  • Processing incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring effective filing across all systems
  • Scanning, organising, and archiving documentation
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Own transport to and from work due to our rural location
  • Previous administration experience is an advantage
