As the Platform Engineer, you would be key to the success of the team, expanding and managing cloud infrastructure and automation, and taking ownership of server management and security compliance. The company use both AWS and Azure together with their own servers, so there's exceptional scope to pick up new skills and experience.
You will need: A strong academic record with a 2.1 or above in Computer Science or a closely related subject from a well-ranked universityExpertise in computer networking, Azure and/or AWS operations, and infrastructure as code (IaC), and CI/CD (experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins would be ideal)Coding skills in Python, preferably with some exposure to JavaScript and JavaA solid understanding of IT security principlesFull existing UK work permission without time limit or the need for sponsorshipThis is a great opportunity to join a close-knit collaborative team in a small company environment with plenty of variety.
