Job Opportunity: Hardware System Engineer

Join a company at the forefront of robotic automation for manufacturing. With expertise in multi-system engineering, their scalable, modular manufacturing platform offers seamless integration.

As the company expands, they seek experienced Hardware System Engineers to join their team. In this senior role, you will tackle various technical challenges to deliver critical system components. Your responsibilities will include robotics and system engineering, interfacing with customers and stakeholders, managing project delivery, optimizing performance, and developing best practices for the team.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in engineering (mechanical, electronics, mechatronics, or similar).
  2. Industry experience in designing, developing, and hands-on engineering of complex electromechanical devices, preferably in robotic manufacturing or automation.
  3. Proven track record in technical delivery, with detailed knowledge of early product development and transfer to manufacturing.
  4. Experience in regulated industries (medical, aerospace) is highly desirable.

This is a full-time position based at offices near Cambridge. Applicants must have full rights to work in the UK (no sponsorship available). The package includes a competitive salary, bonus, enhanced pension, private medical and life insurance.
