A well-established company is seeking an RTL Design Architect with strong expertise in verification and good management skills to join their Cambridge-based development team. With a high degree of autonomy, you can expect some interesting design challenges as you lead the design and verification effort for a broad array of RTL components that will subsequently become the building blocks of advanced devices.
You would become the go-to person for optimal design verification using simulation and formal techniques. It is expected that you would collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders, and be confident in running projects.
Requirements:
- A strong mathematical background with 1st or 2.1 first degree in Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, or similar subject from a well-respected university and strong supporting A-level (or equivalent) grades.
- Expertise in front end RTL design and verification, skills in areas such as RTL simulation and Synthesis tools, and System Verilog (or Verilog, VHDL).
- Good communication skills; happy to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coding skills (ideally in C++ or similar) together with an understanding of software engineering best practice.
