As Product Manager in a key new area you will drive commercial direction, services and solutions development and oversee the future integration with a large existing product portfolio. Wide-ranging, tailored technical services will be further refined to clear, structured and successful product offerings.

A strong background in applied engineering (including for instance materials selection, characterisation), advanced materials science, or related laboratories is required. You should take an analytical, data-driven approach to reviewing products and services, and understanding the needs of the customer base and broader market.

A strong commercial focus is essential, taking ownership of performance, refining product lines strategically, and applying your technical and organisational insights to drive success. The ability to lead product management credibly, liaising across departments, speaking with clients and peer organisations, planning, presenting and steering future directions is necessary.

In addition to a competitive salary and strong benefits package, a commission scheme is planned. Hybrid working is available, up to 3 days from home per week from month two.
