The predicted salary is between 59400 - 72600 £ per year.

Based a few miles outside of Cambridge, this tech company have commercial field trials with UK and European partners, and are developing their next-generation mobile robots.

Their small team have big ambitions and are looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to their goals.

As a senior engineer, youll take a lead on some projects whilst contribute within the team on others.

Youll work closely with their Product Owner as well as other key stakeholders.

Youll be comfortable as an individual contributor writing code, as well as testing robots within their working conditions.

You may have to investigate data logs and user feedback, whilst delivering changes for production.

Work will be varied, and challenges are tackled as a team.

Requirements: Demonstrable relevant experience as a robotics engineer working on commercial software ideally in C#.

Additional experience with C++ or Python would be desirable.

Any experience with ROS would be beneficial.

Hands-on experience must include working closely with hardware and testing software on physical machines.

Team player must have good communication skills and able to work with other stakeholders.

Expectation is that you have a computer science, electronics or physics degree, but moreover enjoy solving hard technical problems.

Due to the nature of projects, the role is based fully onsite (note public transport is limited).

On offer is a competitive salary and share options.
