As Product Manager in a key new area, you will drive commercial direction, services and solutions development and oversee the future integration with a large existing product portfolio. Wide-ranging, tailored technical services will be further refined to clear, structured and successful product offerings.
You will have:
- A strong background in applied engineering (including materials selection, characterisation), advanced materials science, or related laboratories.
- An analytical, data-driven approach to reviewing products and services, and understanding the needs of the customer base and broader market.
- A strong commercial focus, taking ownership of performance, refining product lines strategically, and applying your technical and organisational insights to drive success.
- The capability to own information architecture, discoverability and customer acquisition, offering input into go-to-market strategy, value proposition and pricing.
- The ability to lead product management credibly, liaising across departments, speaking with clients and peer organisations, planning, presenting and steering future directions.
You will have the support of the organisation behind you and dedicated teams to draw upon in different technical areas. In addition to a competitive salary and strong benefits package, a commission scheme is planned. Hybrid working is available, up to 3 days from home per week from month two. Full UK work permission is required without time limit or sponsorship.
