They are seeking an experienced NPI engineer to join and help them take these designs through to manufacture.

As an NPI Engineer, you would be key to ensuring that new product concepts transition smoothly through to manufacturing.

This will involve you working closely with colleagues and manufacturing partners, taking the lead on improving processes and designing test strategies, creating documentation, and managing the build of prototype boards, their evaluation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

You will need: A 1st or 2.1 degree in electronics or closely related discipline Expertise with prototyping PCBAs and an understanding of subjects such as EMC and thermal management, quality standards, and design for manufacture, and obsolescence Prior experience of bringing new (preferably high speed or embedded) electronic products to manufacturing Practical hands-on electronic engineering skills, problems solving ability, and proficiency with Gerbers and BOMs Full, existing UK work permission without time limit or the need for sponsorship This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and innovative engineering-led company that is part-owned by its employees.
