Varied and challenging projects in the defence and security industries. This fast-growing defence and security technology company is seeking a Systems Modelling Engineer to provide expertise in analysing complex systems and multi-system interactions. You will be working closely with expert electronics, software and mechanical engineers developing multifaceted solutions to real-world problems. With in-house manufacturing and laboratory facilities and a rapid approach to design and implementation you will work closely with hardware.

You would be working on a variety of projects, testing your skills in different areas which provide fantastic opportunities for personal and professional growth.

  • Commercial experience in model-based systems engineering, including the development of models.
  • A strong understanding of system architecture and integration into hardware.
  • A top education in Electronics, Physics or Maths starting with As or A*s at A Level and continuing to a masters degree from a top 10 ranked university.
  • While not required, a PhD or other postgraduate studies would be well received.
  • This role requires UK security clearance and only applicants with UK nationality can be considered.
  • Further understanding or experience with the defence industry, Radar signal-processing or general digital signal processing (DSP) would significantly enhance an application.
