They are seeking an RF Systems Architect to work closely with the CTO and play a central role from RF design through algorithm and software development to testing and validation. Experience taking RF modules or systems from R&D to production is key.

You will be able to translate regulations and international standards into both product and test specifications as well as identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies. As a leader in the company, you will set the standards for others to follow and be a powerful voice both technically and culturally.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in commercial RF systems, RFIC or RF module development covering core design as well as related embedded software and testing/validation activities. Ideally your experience will be related to mobile RF front-ends.
  • Demonstrable ability to define system architectures and RF specifications while balancing performance, complexity, risk and manufacturability.
  • Pragmatic mindset and comfortable challenging assumptions.
  • Prior experience at a startup or in a fabless semiconductor company would be beneficial but is not necessary.
