This Cambridge based industrial IoT startup is seeking an Senior Electronics Engineer to help them build new products and improve their existing lineup. Their products are sold across multiple industries and help reduce environmental waste as well as saving companies\’ money. As interest continues to grow in their products, they are expanding and seeking suitable candidates.

Day to day work will revolve around supporting PCB design and manufacture. You will provide expertise throughout the process and be equally comfortable working in CAD on a PC as you are using an oscilloscope in a lab. You will also be liaising with production partners around the world and should expect regular international travel as part of this role.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of PCB manufacture including component selection, test jig design, and prototype manufacture.

* Good knowledge of the PCB design process from schematic capture through to prototyping and bench testing. This should include DRC processes, PCB reviews, PCB diagnostics, EMC testing and safety testing.

* Comfortable with international travel to manufacturing and production sites for NPI duties.

* A good degree in electronics or equivalent industrial experience.
