Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements
- A good degree in a relevant technical subject, with a Masters or PhD specializing in wireless communications, RF systems, and/or DSP
- Proven experience translating signal processing algorithms into commercial‑grade production software with a focus on robustness, optimization, and testing
- Experience working with test hardware or test bench equipment, including familiarity with specific protocols for operation
- Proficiency in Python, particularly in relation to RF communications, DSP, and signal modeling
Responsibilities
- Transform RF communications algorithms, models, and metrics into robust, optimized production code
- Develop and maintain an extensive test suite and library of reference data
- Engineer production code based on algorithm specifications, models, and empirical data
- Utilize low‑level hardware in conjunction with the software codebase
