- Can identify with business priorities and put into effect for your team of 3+ developers, delivering to time and quality
- Technical interview and hiring experience, onboarding experience, and mentoring skills
- Keen to participate in, and supervise, detailed technical training with excellent documentation
- A collaborative approach, working alongside the engine team lead
Given the strong office culture, you will already be resident in the Cambridge area, or have strong ties here.
You will have full existing long term UK work permission without visa sponsorship.
