ECM Recruitment is supporting Hendon, Barnet in recruiting an experienced SENCO for a primary school from September 2026 or ASAP.

The role leads SEND provision, working closely with senior leaders, teachers and external professionals across a three-school federation.

You will develop SEND strategies, coordinate EHCPs and support staff through coaching and training, ensuring high-quality inclusive practice and positive outcomes for pupils with SEND.
