ECM Recruitment is currently recruiting for two Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join a well-established and highly regarded nursery in Mill Hill, Barnet. These roles are available immediately and can be based in either the Baby Room or Toddler Room, depending on availability and preference.
Available Working Patterns:
- Baby Room: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Toddler Room: Monday to Thursday, 12:00pm – 5:00pm
About the Nursery
- Located in Mill Hill, Barnet
- Well-established nursery, successfully operating since 2017
- OFSTED rated Good (September 2025)
- Approximately 45–50 children on roll
- Children aged 9 months to 5 years
- Set across three rooms: Baby, Toddler, and Pre-School
- Large outdoor grounds including forest school and woodland area
- Jewish nursery – staff do not need to be Jewish but must be respectful and empathetic to the Jewish ethos
- Warm, nurturing, and welcoming environment with a happy and supportive staff team
- Diverse staff team with a mix of Jewish and non-Jewish practitioners

- Nursery hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
Candidate Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Experience working within a nursery or childcare setting
- Good understanding of EYFS
- A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
- Strong awareness of safeguarding and child welfare
