Our dedicated team of professionals brings exceptional events to life in all scales and formats. Currently, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Venue Support Manager to join our team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing client relationships, at all levels
- Proactively seeking out sales and upselling opportunities
- Managing events and conferences from budgeting to billing
- Maintain a safe production environment including relevant Health & Safety considerations, permits etc.
- Supervision of live events
- Liaising with external third-party providers to source equipment and technical labour
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service
- Marketing and promoting the company’s services
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Experience Required:
- Excellent sales and technical production ability and experience
- 2+ years of events production experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and managerial skills
- Strong technical knowledge specifically working with Lighting, Audio, Projection and LED
- Strong ability to work both within a team and independently
