OVERVIEW

Our dedicated team of professionals brings exceptional events to life in all scales and formats. Currently, we\’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Venue Support Manager to join our team.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining and developing client relationships, at all levels
  • Proactively seeking out sales and upselling opportunities
  • Managing of events and conferences from budgeting to billing
  • Maintain a safe production environment including relevant Health & Safety considerations, permits etc.
  • Supervision of live events
  • Liaising with external third-party providers to source equipment and technical labour
  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer service
  • Marketing and promoting the company’s services
  • Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders

Experience Required:

  • Excellent sales and technical production ability and experience
  • 2+ years of events production experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and managerial skills
  • Strong technical knowledge specifically working with Lighting, Audio, Projection and LED.
  • Strong ability to work both within a team and independently
