Based on site at a prestigious London venue, this is an exciting and fast‑paced technical sales manager role. The successful candidate should have the ability and the experience to guide prospective clients through the technical side of their event, from concept to delivery.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining and developing client relationships, at all levels
- Proactively seeking out sales and upselling opportunities
- Managing of events and conferences from budgeting to billing
- Supervision of live events
- Liaising with external third‑party providers to source equipment and technical labour
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service
- Marketing and promoting the company’s services
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
- Potential for line management responsibilities
Experience Required
- Excellent sales ability and experience
- 2+ years of events production experience
- Strong organisational and managerial skills
- Strong technical knowledge specifically working with Lighting, Audio, Projection and LED.
- Strong ability to work both within a team and independently
- Experience of managing other people advantageous
