The Role
Working with our growing creative media and videography team, you will showcase your creative ideas shooting video and taking pictures as part of our technical events production offering or working on unique shoots with our valued client accounts. Every day will be different, from shooting B‑roll video with gimble and handheld mobile grips or long‑form multi‑camera systems to photography or to editing and retouching! We appreciate the different disciplines required for both videography and photography and will expect you to be in either of these roles at one time, not both at once! We are seeking a candidate with their own creative ideas and approaches, that also works well as part of a larger team and has experience getting the most out of their talent with a confidence and refined presentation amongst corporate clients.
As a Videographer & Photographer, you will:
- Be extremely familiar with (and ideally own) professional DSLR cameras, and be experienced using a gimble or similar grip to shoot B‑roll footage on events.
- Be comfortable in client‑facing positions, and able to offer direction where appropriate whilst filming or photographing.
- Be very familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop to create, assemble and edit videos or still photos for our internal projects and our clients.
- Have your own creative input whilst maintaining a brief and adhering to any guidelines.
- Be accountable for the final creative delivery, proofing projects carefully and managing team and client expectations throughout the production.
- Manage time responsibly - including using experience to forecast turnaround times - and be organised with an efficient workflow.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Photography
- Attend events as an event photographer – previous experience with this type of shoot is essential.
- Photograph internal headshots and other internal collateral.
- Going to site to photograph completed setups and BTS rigging shots for promotional use.
- Edit / retouch photo selects and package up photos for delivery.
- Work with our branding and marketing team to push our own social media content and offer creative thoughts.
- Manage time responsibly - including using experience to forecast turnaround times - and be organised with an efficient workflow.
- Attend client and internal meetings including briefings.
Videography
- Attend events as an event videographer – previous experience with this type of shoot is essential.
- Create, assemble and edit videos for our internal projects and our clients using the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
- Assist with media ingests, transcodes, archiving and filing onsite and at base.
- Attend client and internal meetings including briefings.
- Manage time responsibly - including using experience to forecast turnaround times - and be organised with an efficient workflow.
- Work with our branding and marketing team to push our own social media content and offer creative thoughts.
Other Responsibilities

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience and expertise in creative photography.
- Proven experience and expertise in creative video shooting.
- Technically and creatively highly skilled in editing video and still photography, with expert knowledge across Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead creative teams under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and content trends and styles.
