Currently, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Venue Partnership Manager to join our team at Excel London. Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Commercial Leadership:
- Ownership and management of the Excel pipeline and forecast ensuring accurate reports are presented to both the venue and the Eclipse SLT monthly.
- Ownership and management of the Excel commission forecast and ensure it is reported monthly.
- Ensure all quotes are timely, accurate, and commercially sound to protect revenue and margin along with client relationships.
- Own the review and management of all venue price lists/ratecards in conjunction with the Excel Venue Solutions team.
- Oversight of the management of the venue’s contractual marketing and internal events budget.
- Co-own the shared inbox as the central hub of incoming work, triaging enquiries efficiently to the correct teams where necessary.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Eclipse roles and structure to ensure smooth internal coordination.
- Build strong rapport and credibility across all internal teams.
- Undertake regular 1:1s with relevant direct reports.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the venue, their internal teams and clients where needed.
- Manage the relationship with Excel’s Head of Business Development, Venue Services.
- Facilitate introductions between the Production team and client, and ensure timely responses (<24>
- Ensure AV delivery, scheduling, and resource allocation run efficiently.
- Support and guide the Technical Operations Manager and onsite teams to troubleshoot and execute projects successfully.
- Maintain adherence to internal processes for emails, SharePoint, invoicing, and reporting.
- Manage invoices, POs, commission checks, and coordination with Accounts for all small/medium jobs and some larger ones if assistance is needed.
- Monitor workflows, follow up on pending actions, and prevent errors in daily operations.
