Eclipse Roofing & Waterproofing Ltd, established in 2014, has over 25 years of experience specializing in flat roofing systems for commercial and domestic clients across the south. We are committed to excellence in productivity and customer service while ensuring safe working environments. Our expertise includes high-performance bituminous membranes, hot melt structural waterproofing, polyurethane liquid coatings, and quick curing pmma resins for flat roofs, balconies, and walkways, tiling & slating. We are approved contractors for leading manufacturers and hold various accreditations, including CHAS, CITB, SSSTS, and Trust Mark.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Poole. The Contract/Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing roofing and waterproofing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients and suppliers
  • Manage project schedules
  • Expedite materials and services
  • Perform inspections and ensure quality control and compliance standards
  • Handle logistics and supply chain operations efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with pricing, securing and delivering all aspects of flat roofing projects

Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management and overseeing complex projects from start to finish
  • Skills in Expediting and coordinating materials and services
  • Experience in Inspection and ensuring quality control and compliance standards
  • Logistics Management skills and the ability to handle supply chain operations efficiently
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work on‑site in Poole
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management or related fields are a plus
