Our expertise includes high-performance bituminous membranes, hot melt structural waterproofing, polyurethane liquid coatings, and quick curing pmma resins for flat roofs, balconies, and walkways, tiling & slating. We are approved contractors for leading manufacturers and hold various accreditations, including CHAS, CITB, SSSTS, and Trust Mark.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Poole. The Contract/Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing roofing and waterproofing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers
- Manage project schedules
- Expedite materials and services
- Perform inspections and ensure quality control and compliance standards
- Handle logistics and supply chain operations efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with pricing, securing and delivering all aspects of flat roofing projects
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management and overseeing complex projects from start to finish
- Skills in Expediting and coordinating materials and services
- Experience in Inspection and ensuring quality control and compliance standards
- Logistics Management skills and the ability to handle supply chain operations efficiently
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work on‑site in Poole
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management or related fields are a plus
