The predicted salary is between 28000 - 34000 £ per year.

Hours: 8-hour shifts between 6am–10pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility required)

About the Role: Our client is a successful and growing logistics business looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Stock Controller to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies.
  • Carry out regular stock counts and audits.
  • Monitor stock movements and optimise warehouse storage locations.
  • Develop and manage replenishment plans to support operational demand.
  • Produce and analyse stock reports using warehouse management systems.
  • Support the management of returned, aged, obsolete, or expired stock.
  • Work closely with warehouse, finance, and customer support teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
  • Help train and support colleagues on stock control best practices.

Essential requirements:

  • Previous stock control, inventory management, or warehouse administration experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent accuracy with data.
  • Confident using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Desirable Skills Experience:

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
  • Experience analysing inventory data and producing reports.
