Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Internal Sales Executive will provide dedicated sales support to the Eclipse Magnetics Sales Team, guiding customers from initial enquiry through to order acceptance and processing. You will be the main point of contact for general enquiries and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the sales office.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing front-line telephone calls
  • Providing detailed and technical quotations
  • Maintaining customer records in the CRM system
  • Reviewing orders for accuracy
  • Following up on quotes
  • Contacting inactive accounts
  • Assisting with cold-calling initiatives to maximise sales opportunities

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an internal sales role, preferably within an engineering or technical products environment. Strong customer service skills are essential, and you should be confident in communicating and building relationships with customers both in the UK and overseas. You must be able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising accuracy, maintaining excellent attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is essential, and experience with SAP would be an advantage. We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You should have excellent organisational skills, the ability to solve problems proactively, and the confidence to instil trust and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
