An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ERP/Helpdesk Support Analyst to join the team and be responsible for contributing to, supporting and managing of the platform and associated services. Responsibilities and Duties The role will encompass elements of ERP support, implementation and reporting. 1. You'll be the main point of contact for any ERP related issues, working with key business stake holders and working alongside 3rd party suppliers. This will include but is not limited to: * * identifying, investigating and resolving issues with ERP systems with close liaison with Users. * Troubleshooting of coding issues and managing the resolutions to those issues, either with the internal team or with 3rd parties * Network support including applying Updates, rebooting servers etc * Support of retail shop IT including EPOS tills etc * Correction of data issues * Logging calls in the company's tracking system and provide updates to users * Testing and implementing system changes including reports, requestors and screen changes 2. Provide remote & on-site software support for the business users 3. Installation and upgrades of software 4. Logging, processing and updating, tickets via our ticket logging system and liaison with users Key Skill and Experience 1. ERP application support experience (any ERP system will be fine) 2. Experience in a 1st Line IT Support environment 3. Upgrading systems, ensuring they are fully supported and performing optimally 4. Some SQL 5. Experience of working in a customer focussed retail environment and/or warehousing would be an advantage 6. Customer Service focussed (both internal customers and external customers) with good communication skills at all levels 7. Has good organisational Skills. Able to manage and prioritise own workload and to work to team and project deadlines 8. A ‘hands-on’ attitude This is a great opportunity to work in a varied role within a supportive, collaborative team.
