Job Title: Fashion ERP Application Consultant

Salary: £35000 – £55000

Overview

We\’re currently looking for an Application Consultant to join our Consultancy team. This role blends customer support, account management, and hands-on work with our software, so you\’ll need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, good organisation, and the ability to manage several tasks at once are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn how our applications function and understand how different customers use them.
• Help identify and document new requirements.
• Work with new clients to review their processes and guide them through implementation.
• Manage projects from start to finish and maintain clear documentation of visits, issues, and progress.
• Handle help desk enquiries, investigate problems, and suggest solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and testers when changes are needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in the apparel or fashion industry is ideally preferred.
• Understanding of ERP-style software.
• Solid IT skills and a friendly, confident approach when working with customers.
