We're building a recruitment business where AI does the heavy lifting and people do the thinking.
Sourcing, screening, market mapping and outreach are already automated.
What we need is someone who can use that leverage to build genuine relationships with clients and candidates.
What you'll do
- Own a market end to end: clients, candidates, pipeline, placements
- Work with AI tooling as a daily partner, not an afterthought. Prompting, refining, spotting when the output is wrong
- Have the conversations that no tool can have. Understanding what a hiring manager actually needs, reading a candidate's real motivation, closing an offer that wobbles
- Feed back into how we build. If a workflow is clunky, you tell us and we fix it
