As a Food and Beverage Team Member you\\\’ll welcome our guests, recommend food & drink options and help keep service on track and up to standard. By tailoring each guest\\\’s experience to their unique tastes, you\\\’ll help create memories that are as delightful as our dishes.

Responsibilities

• Present each meal that is a feast for the eyes and a treat for the taste buds, with your signature flair, in our Restaurant, Bar, Room Service or Meetings & Events settings.
• Prepare and serve drinks to high standards, considering each guest\\\’s requirements.
• Ensure guests receive great service as part of our conference and events function, either by food service or room setup.
• Deal with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in accordance with company guidelines.
• Clear down and set up facilities as required.
• Ideally previous hotel experience as a Food & Beverage Team Member or in a similar role/restaurant background.
• Basic understanding of food safety.
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proactive, composed, enthusiastic, approachable, and able to build strong rapport with guests and other team members.
• Excellent communication skills in all aspects; good organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
