We’re looking for a proactive Procurement Executive to join our team in the commercial furniture industry. We are a growing business where you’ll have real ownership across purchasing, supplier relationships, and inbound logistics, working with partners across the UK, Europe, and Asia.

Our ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:

  • Ideally minimum of 2 years in procurement/supply chain
  • Organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with suppliers and internal teams
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and take ownership
  • Interest in developing a long-term career in procurement

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the end-to-end purchase order process for both direct and indirect spend, ensuring timely and accurate purchase order management
  • Independently own indirect procurement (e.g. office supplies)
  • Coordinate inbound logistics, working with 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery and competitive rates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers
  • Track and manage orders, resolving any delivery or supply issues proactively
  • Support sourcing decisions, including “make vs buy” evaluations and alternative supply options
  • Raise and manage work orders for internal and external production
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier data, pricing, and contracts
  • Work closely with finance to ensure timely invoice processing and supplier payments, resolving any queries
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems
  • Support wider procurement projects and team activities
