We are looking for a Design Researcher to join our dynamic, friendly, diverse research and design team in Old Street.
What we're up to: Eclipse changes people’s lives for the better by generating human-centered insights that help organisations do things differently. We work internationally and locally with a vision to inspire organisations to generate positive long term change through impactful human-centred insights. We work in three areas key to people’s everyday lives:
- Money: We work with clients and partners to inform and design person-centred solutions that promote financial capability and inclusion.
- Health: We focus on person-centred research for the design of new healthcare products and explore patients’ lived experience to inform innovation.
- Community: We combine person-centred research principles with technology to inform decisions that address the complex needs of a range of communities.
We are interested in applicants who have:
- At least 1 year’s experience as a researcher focused on end users.
- Experience supporting and carrying out design research with end users and generating insights around human behaviour.
- The ability to communicate insights effectively and bring them to life.
- An interest in the role of technology to understand people and deliver to their needs.
- A willingness to join a team working end-to-end, from developing research questions, recruiting, organising research logistics, to carrying out research in a range of contexts and settings, working with clients on acting on research implications and everything in between.
