Responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of an ERP system (NetSuite), ensuring it meets business needs and drives efficient processes across the organisation. Focused on system improvements, data integrity, reporting, and user enablement.

  • Provided day-to-day administration and support for the ERP system, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams (e.g. Finance, HR, Operations) to gather requirements and deliver system improvements.
