We are seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive with proven used car sales experience to join our team at Eclipse Car Sales, a leading used car dealership; currently the highest rated dealership in the Southampton and Winchester areas on a full-time basis.

Key Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

  • Regularly contact new and existing customers to maintain a supportive relationship through face-to-face meetings, over the phone, and via the internet
  • Respond to incoming queries quickly, efficiently, and professionally resulting in vehicle, finance, and insurance product sales.
  • Remain proactive, seeking out opportunities even when incoming enquiries are quiet
  • Provide exceptional communication and an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after the vehicle collection, tailoring all options to meet the customer’s needs and lifestyle.
  • Achieve both individual and team sales targets by maximising upsell opportunities for finance, insurance products, and accessories
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our vehicle range
  • Offer advice and guidance to our existing finance customers nearing the end of their current contracts, encouraging them to visit the showroom to explore their options

Skills and Experience:

  • Vehicle sales experience, knowledge of cars and a full, clean UK driving licence
  • An enthusiastic and dynamic individual with excellent customer service skills
  • A customer-first attitude and who enjoys working to and achieving targets
  • Able to take the initiative and be a supportive team player
  • Computer literate with excellent paperwork and numbers
  • Used Vehicle sales experience essential.
