We are seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive with proven used car sales experience to join our team at Eclipse Car Sales, a leading local used car dealership; currently the highest rated dealership in the Southampton area on a full-time basis. What we expect from you as a Car Sales Executive:- You will engage with customers through various channels, including face-to-face, over the phone, and via the internet.
- Promptly managing these enquiries with courtesy and professionalism is vital, resulting in vehicle, finance, and insurance product sales.
- You will provide exceptional communication and an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after the vehicle collection, tailoring all options to meet the customer’s needs and lifestyle.
- Regularly contact new and existing customers to maintain a supportive relationship.
- Respond to incoming queries quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Remain proactive, seeking out opportunities even when incoming enquiries are quiet.
- Guide customers through used car purchases, delivering outstanding customer service as a representative of Eclipse Car Sales.
- Achieve both individual and team sales targets by maximising upsell opportunities for finance, insurance products, and accessories.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our vehicle range.
- Offer advice and guidance to our existing finance customers nearing the end of their current contracts, encouraging them to visit the showroom to explore their options.
- Vehicle sales experience, knowledge of cars and a full, clean UK driving licence.
- An enthusiastic and dynamic individual with excellent customer service skills.
- A customer‑first attitude and who enjoys working to and achieving targets.
- Able to take the initiative and be a supportive team player.
- Computer literate with excellent paperwork and numbers handling.
- Used vehicle sales experience essential.
- OTE £50k first year – Commission structure offers excellent earning potential beyond basic salary.
