Overview
We are looking to appoint an experienced technician who is looking to progress out of the workshop and into a state of the art, purpose built diagnostic facility in a warm and clean environment. You will be joining the UK’s leading supplier of automotive vehicle diagnostic equipment and software and be providing support, advice and training to our extensive UK client base over the phone and remotely.
Role Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 and/or BTEC National (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Technology
- Personal drive and determination to succeed with a mature outlook
- A confident professional telephone manner able to converse with fellow technicians
- Knowledge of modern diagnostic equipment and systems
- A good standard of written English
- Experience of working in a performance monitored environment
- Willingness to help shape and move the business forward
