We are seeking Experienced Private Jet Brokers to be based in our London office (Hybrid) who thrive in a high-performance, client-centric environment. This role is suited to those with experience within a private jet brokerage.
Requirements
- Minimum: 1 year experience in a private jet charter brokerage
- Proven track record of exceeding KPI's
- Strong network within the private aviation or luxury travel industry
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft categories, operators, and global charter logistics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority requests
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and travel managers to ensure Eclipse Air Charter are the preferred Supplier
- Source and arrange private jet charters tailored to client needs, including last-minute and complex itineraries
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with operators
- Manage the full charter lifecycle from inquiry through post-flight follow up
- Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and market outreach
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aircraft types, global aviation regulations, and market trends
- Always ensure exceptional customer service and discretion
- Out of hours client management as required.
