Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Researcher who can lead end-to-end research initiatives to uncover deep customer insights and improve digital experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in eCommerce research, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches to drive data-backed design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Research Planning & Execution
- Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and tree testing
- Validate information architecture and end-to-end user journeys
- Design research methodologies aligned with business goals
- Insights Generation & Analysis
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user behaviors
- Analyze findings to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Translate research outputs into actionable insights
- Analytics & Experience Measurement
- Leverage tools like Contentsquare, Userlytics, and Google Analytics
- Measure user experience performance and behavioral patterns
- Identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment
- Work closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Business teams
- Translate insights into clear design recommendations
- Present research findings to stakeholders effectively
- Research Frameworks & Documentation
- Build scalable research frameworks and best practices
- Maintain research repositories for knowledge sharing
- Ensure consistency in research processes across teams
Eligibility Requirements
Must-Have:
- 8+ years of UX Research experience (preferably in eCommerce)
- Strong expertise in usability testing, interviews, and IA validation
- Hands-on experience with analytics and research tools
- Excellent storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer journey optimization for eCommerce platforms
- Exposure to omnichannel retail experiences
- Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing
