We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. The role requires strong UI design expertise, design system knowledge, and experience in building scalable eCommerce interfaces.
Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design Execution
- Design user-centric interfaces for website and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Design Systems & Consistency
- Work extensively with Figma and design systems
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and UI standards
- Contribute to scalable component libraries
- Collaboration
- Collaborate with UX Researchers, PMs, and developers
- Translate user needs into functional and elegant designs
- Deliver high-quality design solutions within timelines
- Interaction & Experience Design
- Define user flows, interactions, and micro-interactions
- Enhance key eCommerce journeys (PDP, Cart, Checkout)
- Focus on improving engagement and conversion
- Stakeholder Communication
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly
- Articulate design decisions backed by data and research
- Incorporate feedback iteratively
Eligibility Requirements
Must-Have
- 8+ years of UX/UI design experience (3+ years for Junior Designers)
- Strong proficiency in Figma and design systems
- Proven experience in eCommerce design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI and interaction design
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelor degree from reputed design school
- Experience in optimizing shopping journeys and conversions
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive design
- Familiarity with front-end constraints and feasibility
