We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to join the Client Fulfilment Change Team. Reporting to the Client Fulfilment Portfolio Change Lead, the successful candidate will lead complex front-to-back change initiatives for the Client Fulfilment division, spanning strategic, regulatory, remediation, data and transformation priorities. The role requires an individual who can combine strong project delivery capability with business analysis expertise, translating complex requirements into practical solutions and successful delivery outcomes. Experience delivering business change in a financial services, markets or trading environment would be highly valuable.
Responsibilities
- Project Delivery
- Lead medium to large-scale strategic, regulatory, remediation and transformation initiatives.
- Define project scope, plans, timelines, dependencies and delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate delivery activities across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, legal and support teams.
- Track and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Support decision-making and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure agreed project objectives and outcomes are delivered.
- Business Analysis
- Analyse and document business requirements.
- Assess current-state and target-state processes, controls and operating models.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Translate business, regulatory and strategic requirements into actionable outcomes.
- Support solution assessment, design and implementation activities.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build effective working relationships across business and support functions.
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations and support delivery outcomes.
- Work closely with Client Services, FCR, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Data, Technology and business desks as required.
- Prepare and present project updates, recommendations and status reporting.
- Governance & Reporting
- Support project governance and control activities.
- Produce high-quality reporting, analysis and project documentation.
- Support regulatory, remediation, audit and control-related initiatives where required.
- Ensure delivery activities align with PP&D standards and governance requirements.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and operating models.
- Support process simplification, automation and business improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to delivery of measurable business outcomes and benefits.
Eligibility Requirements
- Relevant years' of experience delivering regulatory, remediation as well as strategic transformations and business change initiatives.
- Experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or hybrid PM/BA.
- Strong understanding of front-to-back business processes, controls and operational change.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working across business, operations, risk, compliance and technology teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Highly Regarded
- Experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous: Client onboarding, KYC, AML, client lifecycle management or related control and process improvement initiatives.
- Financial Crime Risk, Compliance, Legal, regulatory advisory or regulatory remediation initiatives.
- Data, systems, technology, target operating model or strategic transformation initiatives.
- Organisational design, team restructuring, function transition or integration of teams into new operating models.
