Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager or Team Lead to oversee KYC transitions and lead delivery teams across geographies. Prior exposure to FCC frameworks and KYC regulations is highly desirable. This role includes planning, execution, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of KYC transition projects ensuring regulatory compliance and delivery readiness
- Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
- Manage and lead multi-location teams of KYC analysts and outreach staff
- Coordinate with FCC, compliance, technology, and client teams
- Monitor and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure delivery milestones and SLAs are consistently met
- Drive process improvements and standardization across teams and geographies
Eligibility Requirements
- Experience in project management or transition
- Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required
- Strong understanding of Global KYC /AML Requirements and FCC (Financial Crime Compliance) regulations
- Experience managing outreach and screening processes (sanctions, PEP, adverse media)
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
