Summary

We are looking for Outreach Analysts fluent in Spanish & English to support periodic and trigger-based KYC reviews. This role focuses on client and front-office engagement, ensuring timely collection of KYC documents and resolution of queries.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage outreach to clients for document collection
  • Coordinate with relationship managers and compliance teams
  • Track and follow up on outstanding documentation
  • Maintain communication logs and outreach trackers
  • Provide updates to periodic review teams
  • Support audit-readiness and documentation completeness
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the outreach process and client experience
  • Escalate delays or issues in obtaining documentation to appropriate stakeholders

Eligibility Requirements

  • Experience in KYC support or outreach roles or Client servicing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in Spanish & English
  • Prior experience in financial services or compliance preferred
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple reviews and able to work independently
