Join eClerx as a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Project Manager. We are looking for 3–5+ years of experience in Front Office change within Global Markets to deliver Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) aggregation and reporting across Markets Lines of Businesses.

Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements from stakeholders.
- Map front-to-back trade flows across multiple asset classes and systems.
- Define and implement workflows for CCR aggregation and reporting, ensuring alignment with internal risk frameworks.
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development, execution, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology to ensure successful project delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager within Front Office change.
- Strong understanding of derivatives, including their risk and pricing.
- Experience in Market Risk and/or CCR transformation projects.
- Ability to map complex trade flows and identify process improvements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experienced with data analysis using Python.
