Summary
We are looking for Outreach Analysts fluent in Spanish & English to support periodic and trigger-based KYC reviews. This role focuses on client and front-office engagement, ensuring timely collection of KYC documents and resolution of queries. Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (UK time), depending on business needs and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outreach to clients for document collection
- Coordinate with relationship managers and compliance teams
- Track and follow up on outstanding documentation
- Maintain communication logs and outreach trackers
- Provide updates to periodic review teams
- Support audit-readiness and documentation completeness
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the outreach process and client experience
- Escalate delays or issues in obtaining documentation to appropriate stakeholders
Eligibility Requirements
- Experience in KYC support or outreach roles or Client servicing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in Spanish & English
- Prior experience in financial services or compliance preferred
- Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple reviews and able to work independently
