Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30pm (fully office based)

We are recruiting for a Sales Consultant to join a Worldwide travel team on a temporary basis. This is a fully office-based role, working across a range of travel products including cruises, package holidays, escorted tours and tailor-made itineraries. You will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service, managing client travel requirements efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming enquiries and recommending suitable travel arrangements based on client preferences and budget
  • Booking a variety of travel products including cruises, tours and bespoke itineraries
  • Collecting balance payments and responding to general travel-related queries
  • Liaising with internal departments, including Accounts, to resolve queries
  • Supporting the Department Supervisor with administrative tasks and projects

Ideal Candidate:

  • A genuine interest in travel, with personal travel experience or a passion for the industry
  • Confident communicator with a professional and courteous approach
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries
  • Have a positive, proactive and can-do approach
