Job Description

We are supporting a global telecommunications organisation based near Reigate who are looking to add a Technical Service Manager to their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing briefings to to senior management regarding status and plan of action for support casesLiaising with teams as cases are escalated
  • Minor projects that fall under support
  • Provisioning training to 1st and 2nd line support staff
  • Creating support documentation as required
  • Tracking trends using the ticketing system and other resources
  • Preparing handover notes for other in support teams

The Successful candidate will have:

  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Royal Navy technical comms experience
  • Understanding of wider MOD networks
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • A strong passion for problem solving
  • Ability to achieve CV clearance
  • Technical experience of electronic/electrical, IT networking equipment and satellite communication
